The decor closet at Barnwood Events is filled with wedding decorations that couples can use for free. From candles to centerpiece pieces, we have plenty of items that can bring your vision to life without adding more to your shopping list. It’s an easy way to save money and avoid buying things you’ll only use once.

Rent Reusables 

When it comes to tablecloths and other reusable linens, we always recommend you rent them. If you buy them yourself, you’ll have to store, press and prep them yourself – which can take hours during an already busy week. 

We help our couples rent linens, napkins, runners, and other items from Event Essentials. Barnwood gets an exclusive discount, and Event Essentials handles delivery and pick up every week. 

They also have tableware – like plates, silverware, glassware – and other items that can be rented if your caterer doesn’t offer them.
