On-Site Lodging. Stay at our renovated 1800s Farmhouse. Extend your celebration with our charming farmhouse that sleeps up to 14 guests. Perfect for out-of-town attendees, corporate retreats, or family gatherings where you want everyone close by. The farmhouse features a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and all the comforts of home.

Is there really free parking for all our guests?
Yes! We have 170 regular parking spots plus 6 handicap-accessible spaces right next to the venue. No parking fees, no valet requirements, no guests hunting for street parking.
Are there hotels nearby for out-of-town attendees?
Absolutely, and even better—several partner hotels offer free shuttle service directly to Barnwood Events when you book a room block. We're only 10 minutes from downtown Madison, so there are plenty of accommodation options.
Is your venue handicap accessible?
Yes, completely! Our entire facility is on one level with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, designated handicap parking spots right by the entrance, and no steps anywhere. Vendors love this too—no struggling with stairs during setup.
Can we use your décor for free?
Yes! We have an extensive collection of lanterns, flameless candles, greenery, table numbers, and rustic decorations that you can use at no additional charge. Mix and match however you'd like to create your perfect atmosphere.
Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
We require a full-service caterer for meals (we have great recommendations), but you can bring pre-packaged appetizers and desserts. For alcohol, we have a full liquor license with professional bartenders, this gives you legal coverage and expertly crafted drinks.
What AV equipment do you have?
We have a complete professional setup: 180" projection screen, 6 flat screen TVs throughout the facility, built-in QSC speakers, wireless and lavaliere microphones. Perfect for presentations, slideshows, or background music.
Do we have to come back the next day to clean up?
Usually no—we help get all your personal items and decorations packed up and out by one hour after the end of your event, the same evening. Our team handles all the venue cleanup so you can head home and celebrate a successful event.
Can you help with linens and tableware?
Absolutely! We have an exclusive partnership with Event Essentials that gets you discounted pricing on linens, tableware, and other rental items. They handle delivery, setup, and pickup, so everything is coordinated seamlessly with your event. Our team will handle set up of linens, and we encourage you to hire a coordinator (we have one available for an additional fee!) to set up other items. No need to hunt down multiple vendors. We've got you covered.
